What to do when you can’t print– Many times users have called in with the complaint that thier printer has stopped working.  Often this is a result of a document stuck in the print que.  Follow these simple steps for clearing your print que in windows XP or Windows7

1. Click on “Start”
2. Right Click “My  computer” or “Computer” in windows Vista or 7
3. Click “Manage”
4. Select “services and Aprications” and “Services” under that
5. Locate the “Print Spooler” service
6. Right Click the service and click “Restart”

This will restart the print spooler and usually remove any documents that might be stuck in the print que
